

WARRANTY & RETURNS POLICY
Imogen Hobbs desires to inspire you with your jewellery purchase.
Each piece of Imogen Hobbs Jewellery is hand finished. As a result finishing, will vary with textures, marks and stone colours. Due to this, the piece you receive may differ form the product pictured.
Refunds will be given for any faulty or damaged items. This will entitle you to an exchange or store credit. The Item must be returned within 14days with original packaging and tags in tact. The item must be unused with no scratches, dents or any other damage. The Jewellery must be returned via express or registered post. The price of postage will not be refunded.
No Change of mind refunds will be given.
Please retain your invoice or receipt of purchase.

Jewellery Warranty exclusions
The warranty against defects does not cover loss, damage, changes in appearance, kinks, or the gradual degradation of all or part of the goods due to normal wear, mishap, careless handling, improper use, or use outside Imogen Hobbs Jewellery’s care instructions. Tarnishing occurs naturally and therefore, cleaning is not covered by the warranty.
If an Imogen Hobbs Jewellery item does not live up to your expectations, and you believe it is in fact faulty, we will happily assess the item and work with you on an appropriate solution. We guarantee to work towards a fair and reasonable outcome for our customers, each and every time. Suitable solutions may be a repair, a replacement, or an exchange for another item or a refund.
Imogen Hobbs Jewellery provides a 1-year warranty against defects provides benefits in addition to the rights and remedies to which you are entitled under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). Imogen Hobbs Jewellery items come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. [Note: “major failure” has a specific meaning under the Australian Consumer Law.]
