EXPRESS POST
Items shipped within Australia will be sent via Express Post which takes 2-4 business days. Please provide your phone number when you check out, in 'note to seller' option. This will provide extra security for your parcel.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
STANDARD
Orders are shipped via International Standard Post which takes 5-15 working days.
This option includes parcel tracking.

EXPRESS
Orders are shipped via International Express Post which takes 4-7 working days.
This option includes parcel tracking and signature on delivery.
Please provide your phone number when you check out, in 'note to seller' option. This will provide extra security for your parcel.
COURIER
Orders are shipped via International Courier which takes 2-3 working days. This option includes parcel tracking and signature on delivery.

Please note:
All shipping is UNINSURED unless specifically requested. If you would like to purchase insurance on your parcel, please contact me via imogenhobbsjewellery@gmail.com and I will calculate the extra cost of insurance. Please also include your preferred shipping method. You will then be sent an invoice via the email provided, including the item, chosen shipping method and insurance. Once the invoice had been paid your item will be made and shipped.
CUSTOMS/DUTY/IMPORT TAX
The buyer is responsible for any customs import tax that may be imposed. If you are requesting Courier shipping or insurance it is recommended that you find out if/what import taxt your country charges.
